About the event
The labyrinth at Spirit of Grace was designed after the famous labyrinth at Chartres Cathedral in Paris.
Walking a labyrinth is an opportunity to slow down, quiet the mind, and process grief. The ebb and flow of a labyrinth follows the natural rhythym of grief in our lives. As we enter the labyrinth, we can begin to release our suffering as receive acknowledgement from the faciliator and other participants. As we begin to return from the center, each step is a reminder of how we are choosing to integrate our grief in our lives as we recalibrate from our losses.
